When can I RSVP?
Official invites will be mailed to guests in December 2025. Your invitation will contain instructions on how to RSVP. Guests are also welcome to RSVP directly on our wedding website starting in December as well, if they prefer to respond online.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Guests are encouraged to RSVP as soon as possible for planning purposes. Guests must RSVP by February 13th, 2026. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you cannot join us for the wedding. Even if you do not plan on attending the wedding, PLEASE let us know ASAP. Given that this is a small wedding, the bride and groom were not able to invite all of their friends and family members. If you plan on not attending the wedding, letting us know will allow us to give your spot to a friend or family member who wants to celebrate with us!
Where is the wedding located?
We will be in New Orleans, Louisiana, the city where Austin and Claudia fell in love. The ceremony will be held at the Pharmacy Museum, followed by a reception at the Napoleon House. See our Ceremony & Reception page for addresses.
Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors in the courtyard of the Pharmacy Museum, and the reception will be indoors at the Napoleon House restaurant.
What will the weather be like?
In mid-March, New Orleans weather is typically mild and pleasant. Daytime highs should be in the mid-60s to low-70s, with evenings and mornings cooling down to the 50s. There may be a chance of rain on the wedding day, but the wedding will take place rain or shine. The bride and groom have reserved a tent for the ceremony in case it rains.
What is the dress code?
We encourage dressy casual or semi-formal attire, but there is no strict dress code. We want our guests to wear whatever makes them feel most comfortable and confident.
When should I arrive for the ceremony?
Doors will open starting at 4:45pm on the wedding day (3/15/26). We recommend for you to arrive no later than 5pm so you can enjoy some pre-ceremony drinks and find your seat. Parking can also be challenging in the French Quarter, so please plan for that as well. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.
Where can I park?
Private parking will not be provided. However, there are multiple paid parking lots near the wedding venues. There is also valet parking available at the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel directly across the street and a large Premium Parking pay-lot two doors down from the Pharmacy Museum. Given that parking may be challenging for some, we recommend for guests to Uber/Lyft or carpool with each other.
Will transportation be provided?
No, transportation will not be provided to guests to/from their hotel and the wedding venue. Guests will need to organize their own transportation.
Can I bring a plus one?
Please do not bring a plus one unless it is indicated on your invitation. Our ceremony and reception venues are small and cannot accommodate a large amount of people.
Are children allowed?
We love your kids, but no, children will not be allowed to attend the wedding. Our ceremony and reception are strictly adults (18+) only.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
When you RSVP, there will be a place for your to mention any allergies or dietary restrictions. We are happy to accommodate!
Where should I stay if I am from out of town?
See our Travel & Stay page for travel information and hotel recommendations. The bride and groom will not be providing a hotel block.
What are New Orleans style weddings like?
New Orleans weddings are all about fun! Come to the wedding ready to let loose and celebrate! Prior to the wedding ceremony, local seltzers and beers will be provided to guests. After the ceremony, we will have a Second Line, a New Orleans tradition. A Second Line is a street parade led by a brass band and represents a celebration of life, often used for weddings, social events, or funerals. During the reception, guests will be provided with delicious New Orleans style cuisine and drinks.
